This site exists to collect one thing with your permission: your email address for the FlopLab beta waitlist.

What we collect. Your email, when you submit the waitlist or ambassador form, stored with our email provider (Buttondown). Signup requires you to confirm via a link — no confirmation, no subscription.

What it's used for. FlopLab updates: beta invites, launch news, and occasional progress notes. Nothing else. No selling, no sharing, no third-party marketing.

Analytics. We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Plausible) — aggregate page counts, no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Leaving. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the list. For anything else: hello@floplab.app.

Operated by Pocket Jacks. This policy covers the waitlist phase and will be expanded before the app and paid features launch.
